Delete your Art Keeper account

How to make the request

1. Send an email to support@artkeepergame.com.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my Art Keeper account”.
3. Send the email from the same email address you used to sign in with Apple, Google, or another linked provider.
4. If you cannot email from that address, include your Art Keeper username and any details that help us verify ownership of the account.

Data we delete

• Your Art Keeper account profile and sign-in association
• Your gallery, puzzle completion history, streak data, and favorites
• Your public profile data, including username and avatar
• Your comments, reflections, and other user-generated content tied to the account

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records when needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or subscription and billing reconciliation.

When retention is required, we keep only the minimum data necessary for that purpose and remove it when it is no longer required.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
