Art Keeper is a daily puzzle game that allows users to discover famous artworks by solving polyomino puzzles. Users can build their personal gallery of unlocked artworks and share their thoughts with the community.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and play puzzles for personal, non-commercial use
  • Create an account and build your personal gallery
  • Share your reflections and completed puzzles

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our puzzle designs or algorithms
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to solve puzzles
  • Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. User Content

When you share reflections or comments on artworks, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content to other users. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All puzzle designs, game mechanics, platform code, and original content are owned by Art Keeper or licensed appropriately. The artworks featured in puzzles remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used for educational purposes under fair use or with appropriate licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Art Keeper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
